Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate US-based shipping address.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tools to ensure it arrives safely.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
